No. Azuvio plugs in as a Smart Operations Layer on top of ASiS — accounting and master data stay there, while Azuvio adds CRM, OMS, B2B Portal, EDI, SFA and the workflows ASiS doesn't cover.

Our standard connector goes live in 2–4 weeks, depending on your ASiS version, data volume and the number of entities synced (customers, items, stock, orders, invoices).

What data is synced between Azuvio and ASiS?

Accepted Answer

Bidirectional sync of customers, items, prices, stock, orders, invoices and goods receipts every 5–15 minutes. Any document created in Azuvio (B2B order, EDI order, invoice) is posted back into ASiS automatically.

Does our accountant lose control if Azuvio sits on top of ASiS?

Accepted Answer

No. Final documents stay in ASiS; accounting doesn't move. Azuvio only adds the operational layers (sales, warehouse, EDI, B2B portal) and pushes validated documents back.
